Information you choose to send

If you email us, we receive your email address, any name or business details you provide, and your message. We use that information to answer your enquiry and discuss product availability. Please do not send homeowner contact lists, payment-card details or other sensitive information in an general enquiry.

Website information

Our hosting and security providers may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and request times, to deliver and protect this website. The site is hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. We have not added advertising pixels, session recording or third-party analytics to this coming-soon page. Fonts and preview assets are served with the site. Signups are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database with access restricted to the site operator through its hosting tools. The signup endpoint returns a confirmation, not other people’s registration details. To limit repeated submissions, we keep a one-way IP-derived value with a daily date component and request count for approximately 24 hours; the signup database does not store raw IP addresses.

How information is used and shared

We use signup and enquiry information to provide the launch updates and offer information you requested, respond to you, and maintain relevant correspondence. Our email and website providers process information to operate those services. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights and security.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

The signup checkbox covers Lead Holler launch and early-pricing emails and your selected LMC lead option. It does not enroll you in text messages or unrelated marketing campaigns. You can opt out of emails by replying or contacting us below.

Retention and your choices

We retain signup details and enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to provide requested updates, manage the relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. You can ask us to access, correct or delete information you supplied by emailing jason@landmorecalls.com. Legal obligations may require us to retain some records.

When the software launches

The product will have additional data-handling requirements for contractor accounts, homeowner leads, messages, consent records and billing. We will provide the applicable product privacy notice and terms before activation. This coming-soon page is not an invitation to upload leads or begin texting homeowners.

Links to other services

Links to Land More Calls or other websites lead to services with their own notices. An email link opens your email application and is also subject to your email provider’s practices.
